No problem! If you are not satisfied and want a refund of your purchase, do not worry. You have 15 calendar days from when you made your purchase to return the products.

Write an email to chocala@chocalaecodesign.com indicating your order number and the reason why you want to return and we will contact you.

Remember!

All products that you return must be in perfect condition with their original packaging. Food and hygiene products cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
